The Caring Company provides an enhanced “person centered care package developed with the Client for the Client. We will adopt an holistic approach in assessing, planning, delivery and review of the Client’s needs. This will result in a documented personal needs assessment with defined outcomes creating the Client’s unique personal care plan.

The Caring Company will nominate and provide a designated carer(s) matched to the Client to provide continuity of care and ensure a very personal service.

The Caring Company will monitor, record and report on every aspect of the service provided in the Client’s care plan whilst liaising with other health care professionals through effective communication and partnership working.

The Caring Company aims to make a positive difference whilst working with our Clients in order to improve their quality of life and long term continuing care.
